Season 6 Episode 6 - Blood of my Blood - Post Game Wrap Up

Westeros

The North

Rickon - No show in E6.

Rickon S6E7 prediction: Still act as useful hostage as bait to lure Jon or Sansa to Winterfell to attempt a rescue mission or prisoner exchange. He might warg into Bolton's hounds and get his revenge by turning them against Ramsey.

Umber / Karstark alliance - No show in E6.

Umber S6E7 prediction: With only 2000 Wildlings able to fight according to Jon, it doesn't appear those beyond the Wall are raiding and Umber is just using an excuse to secure Ramsey's aid. Umber can play both sides should Ramsey or Jon win.

Ramsey Bolton - No show in E6.

Ramsey S6E7 prediction: Ramsey is going to consolidate his strength in Winterfell. With the E5 trailer, Baelish has teleported to the north, missing the army of the Vale marching on Moat Cailin (avoiding White Harbor and House Manderly). Bolton has to be sending out envoys to get more support for the remaining Lords. He already has Umber and Karstark. Will he get House Manderly's allegiance (and possible turn-coat later on), or will Brienne beat him to it? Bolton has to defend the Moat and spread forces to make good on his pact with Umbers.

Bran - As predicted, Bran was saved by Uncle Benjen, with a flaming chain and fire ball and a tireless, super-strong steed that can carry three men overburdened and still gallop off. The show runners have just gone off the rails and jumped the shark. Of course Benjen was healed by the CotF from an Ice sword death strike with dragonfire before he converted to a zombie by its undead magic. And doing so made him psychically attuned to the 3ER to be commanded to go to exact coordinates in the middle of million square miles of the northern wasteland during blizzards while eating rabbits. Benjen seems to profess a lot of knowledge about what special powers Bran has, and how far Bran is along is his training and giving advice (better learn before the Night's King gets you!) which just seems unbelievable along with making "Jojen paste", a draught of rabbit's blood. How does Benjen knows how the Others were created with the same vision Bran got from the 3ER. Is Benjen a greenseer now? Or did his rebirth give him greenseer abilities? The CotF told him everything or did the 3ER mind meld and pump him full of visions beforehand in preparing Benjen to be Bran's savior? Amazing how the Others decided not to coordinate their attacks, but instead stagger just enough one at a time for Benjen to have a chance to whack each one. Amazing the Night's King was not leading the charge and doing it in a coordinated fashion, outflanking the most important target of all. Maybe they are just trying to corral Benjen with Bran to the south and pass the Wall in order to dispel the magic protection barrier so all the Others can have a crossing point. Perhaps if Benjen is planning to get Bran south of the Wall, the magic barrier will prevent him just like the Others.
Regarding crossing points, why couldn't the Wildlings build rafts and cross on either the eastern or western coasts. Or why didn't the Wildlings breach a deserted gate among 16 of the other Wall towers. Or if they had Giants, why couldn't they dig through the Wall where no one was guarding. Or climb where no one was guarding? Why do a full frontal assault on Castle Black? They could have drawn the Night Watch's attention while Wildlings flanked and assaulted the Wall towers from the unprotected southern sides.

Bran S6E7 prediction: I throw my hands up. BenJen(obi)  [did you notice the throwback hood removal a la Alec Guiness style?] will take Bran south of the Wall while being chased by the Others while he attempts to digest the elder 3ER brain core dump. Then Bran will have some more flashback greensight of the Mad King with the Kingslayer, dragons, raven, explosions of wildfire, seeing Jaime pushing him out of the tower window in Winterfell, and by E10 see Rhaegar and Lyanna with the newborn Jon.

Jon - No show for E6.

Jon S6E7 prediction: They visit House Glover out in the courtyard instead of getting an audience in the hall, showing the lack of honor and prestige in their reception.  House Stark has a tough sell to all the Northern Houses after taking a beating under Robb. Jon has a bad reputation as a bastard son of Ned Stark, an oathbreaker of the Night's Watch, and letting the Wildlings into the North from Beyond the Wall. Looks like Jon leaves Tormund and Melisandre outside the Motte and that should raise an eyebrow or an axe since Mel caused the death of Mance Rayder, King Beyond the Wall and Tormund's leader. Jon and company get no support since Lord Glover has no men to spare after the siege by the Greyjoys. Having the Boltons give Deepwood Motte back from Ironborn hands, Lord Glover surely gave an assumed pledge of fealty to Ramsey. Jon, empty handed,  parts way with Sansa and Davos who go further west to Bear Island, in order to go round up the Wildlings with Tormund.  It looks like first order of business is to retake Winterfell from Bolton, and then unite the rest with the White Walker invasion afterwards. Tormund speaks to his men to rally them to Jon's cause to assault Winterfell. Maybe a prelude scene hints to a tentative skirmish with the Umber forces.  Jon leaving the wall and hugging Edd goodbye probably means the Others will be storming Castle Black and killing everyone. Could Bran's crossing the Wall be the reason because his Night's King mark nullifies any protection magic? Maybe Bran should have traveled around the wall by boat? Or Bran just being on the other side of the wall breaks the protection? Also, where in the Seven Kingdoms is Ghost? This direwolf should be inseparable from Jon's side after his resurrection. And Wun-Wun the giant? I doubt he is staying at Castle Black.  I guess the showrunner's are saving CGI money for the dragon crew.

Jon's prophecy: Azor Ahai; the prince that was promised

Samwell & Gilly & baby Sam - As predicted, Sam went to Horn Hill to visit his family. Eventually Gilly's wildling birthing was discovered by her own bragging on behalf of Sam's prowess. Taking Gilly and the family's Valyrian sword, Heartsbane, was a bit of a stretch as Sam has no real training. I'm surprised Lord Tarly didn't argue that the boy has blond hair so it is not a bastard child, but some other man's and not his sons.

Samwell E6E7 prediction: Lord Taryl will be after Sam (or send Dickon) and hang him for stealing the sword since it's not his yet. Going to the Citadel is out of the question since they will not allow him to bring Gilly in. Sam will have to seriously get trained and get protection from another lord from his father's deadly wrath or his father and retainers who will be chasing Sam down. If Sam can talk the maesters to allow Gilly to stay under protection, then the sword is for study on why it can destroy the Others, as well as dragonglass. Possibly the Citadel will offer protection for Sam, Gilly and the baby. Can they remake Valyrian steel? Will Sam take a wagon load of weapons north to swing the tide?

Sansa - No show for E6.

Brienne - No show for E6.

Melisandre - No show for E6.

Davos - No show for E6.

Sansa S6E7 prediction: After visiting with Jon at House Glover (teaser scene), she will take Davos to Castle Bear to win over the Lady Lyanna of House Mormont. With cousin Jorah exiled as a slaver and uncle Jeor Mormont slain in service with the Black, not having Jon or the Mormont ancestral Valyrian sword, Longclaw (shouldn't it be Bearclaw? and not the dessert), might make negotiations difficult. Usually men are in the lead with making allies, so perhaps Davos will save Sansa from slipping up and convince Lyanna as he has convinced a much doubting Banker of Braavos. Sansa being married twice, once to Tyrion Lannister; a family in poor standing with the North, and Ramsey whom she escaped, her honor is questionable. How foolish will Sansa look renouncing her title as Lady Bolton? Since Sansa did not out the meeting with Petyr at nearby Mole's Town, she is not making Baelish an named enemy of the Starks. But her deception surely is not going unnoticed when she made a quick trip out after getting a raven's message. Also, she cannot trust the Vale since she slapped Sweet Robin on her last visit and he is a bit loopy.

Sister - Brother rivalry: ahead

Brienne S6E7 prediction: Off to the Riverlands to get the alliance of the "Blackfish" Lord Brynden Tully in the Riverlands.  On her travels, she might bump into a priest of the Faith of the Seven, Septon Meribald, who gives her the "Broken Man" speech, and find clues that Sandor Clegane might be in the monastery as a disheleved grave digger. The Manderlys of the Trident are much closer and have not declared a side so this is a puzzling decision by not allying with another House in the south with a path for supplies if Moat Cailin is manned by Bolton's men or blockaded by siege.  House Arryn has committed against Bolton, which might help Tully to toss his gauntlet in with Sansa. However, the Lannisters might be marching on Riverrun to box in the Blackfish from gaining more territory and prevent them from heading north by sparing a small contingent (and bypassing Moat Cailin at the risk of cutting their own supplies off). The Lannisters have a reputation that they will decimate a House to the very last man. With two other houses backing the Blackfish to hold Riverrun from House Frey, expect a siege by Lannister forces led by Jaime to keep them contained from helping Brienne.  This is a dead end for Jon and Sansa getting additional troops to bear against Bolton.  A hostaged Edmune Tully will be used by Jaime to talk Brynden to surrender being outnumbered 20 to 1. It looks like Brienne will be too late and maybe she rescues Brynden from the Lannisters and brings him north without any army.  Perhaps she might meet Jaime in the middle of the night and plot to allow Lannisters to win, the Tully army to disband, and for her to escape with Brynden in the middle of the night.

Melisandre S6E7 prediction: More mousy scenes.

Davos S6E7 prediction: Lend his nine fingers to Sansa's diplomacy efforts within Castle Bear. He might give "The North Remembers" speech, while playing the White Walker card to scare Lady Mormont to lend aid and troops.

Lord Walder Frey: He showed his hand having a captive of Edmune Tully. This will hopefully reign in the Blackfish (along with House Mallister and Blackwood as well as the Brotherhood without Banners vs. the combined forces of House Frey and Jaime Lannister) who escaped capture himself while relieving himself at the Red Wedding to give up the castle and capitulate else Edmune is murdered. With the murderous Frey (of Robb and Catelyn Stark) coming close to the BwB and Lord Beric and Thoros, there might be a sacrifice to a fan favored Lady Stoneheart.

Petyr Baelish - No show for E6.

Petyr S6E7 prediction: Proclaiming the Boltons a threat to the Iron Throne for taking Sansa, he will continue to harry them, starve Moat Cailin out and look good to the Lannisters.  He has no need to push north once word of Sansa comes out that she is leading an army with Jon of northern banner men and Wildlings. Ever playing both sides, he would not seen by the Iron Throne to be siding with the Starks and a Wildling alliance, but still allaying Bolton to weaken them on the southern front.

Lord Robin Arryn - No show for E6.

Lord Yohan Royce - No show for E6.

Iron Islands

Theon Greyjoy - No show for E6.

Yara Greyjoy - No show for E6.

Euron Greyjoy - No show for E6.

Theon / Yara S6E7 prediction: They have no love for the north and no where to attack.  Perhaps they will be pirates. I do not see them teaming up with Dorne. They have no ships to transport Dany so getting to Meereen first would not help since a fleet needs to be built and Euron would arrive by then. Yara wants to raid the Iron Islands and take them back from Euron which would cause a major civil war.  Since Euron's fleet is outnumbered, they might be able to sink Euron's dreams and stop him from building a fleet. It'a a pipedream that they get to Dany first and convince her that Euron is coming with a fleet and they can betray Euron and take his ships without a huge fight between Dany's forces and Euron. If Euron is slain or held captive, the Ironborn would not let Dany get her hands on their ships and would still consider Theon and Yara outcasts. It would be a sappy ending if Dany re-establishes Yara as Queen of the Ironborn while uniting all of the Ironborn fleet without much bloodshed. If Tyrion is at the meeting, he will advice Dany that Theon is not to be trusted as he backstabbed the Starks after being raised by them, and killing Rickon and Bran after capturing Winterfell behind Robb Stark's back. The Ironborn have a tough sell of maintaining control of their fleet for past transgressions against their lieges as untrustworthy treacherous bastards.

Sister - Brother rivalry:

Euron S6E7 prediction: Take 4 years to build a fleet of 1000 ships and teleport in a day to Meereen from the north west coast of Westeros, south around the Reach and Dorne, the Summer Sea and the Narrow Sea, etc. etc.  Also, he will have to contend with a civil war from Yara.  It looks doubtful Euron is going to be able to keep the few ships he has left, much less be able to launch a new fleet. He will be land locked and unable to sail to Essos.

King's Landing

Tommen Baratheon - In a surprise move, Tommen decided to bend the knee to the High Sparrow after agreeing with Margaery that the High Sparrow is a wonderfully smart man.

Kevan Lannister - Late showing standing aside King Tommen after he made a pact with the High Sparrow.

Cersei Baratheon/Lannister - Pretty much a no show for E6, only consoling Jaime when he had to head off to stop the Blackfish rebellion in the Riverlands.

Jaime Lannister - He really needs to be quiet when he proclaims "our" son when shouting / speaking to Cersei. There are spies all about ready to spread gossip and the whole incest between them has been spread by Stannis. Why Jaime was not with Tommen and the Kingsguard, being totally outmanuevered by a child is ridiculous. He deserved to be dishonored and lose his gold cloak for an act of treason to led the Tyrell forces and not protect his own king. Did he call in sick and then decide to march on the Sept and then got caught by his boss? His duty is to his king first, not to the Queen. Now he is stripped of Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, he is back to being the first in line to inherit Casterly Rock, since he is the oldest male regardless of being a twin to Cersei. Did Lancel confess that he slept with Cersei? Lancel bemoaned that he always wanted to be like Jaime. Tyrion figured out Lancel was sleeping with Cersei and confronted him. Tyrion could have told Jaime in passing during his escape after his trial.

Ser Robert Strong / Gregor Clegane - No show for E6.

Maester Pycelle - No show for E6.

High Sparrow - Now holding the arms of Tommen and Margaery and forming a pact between the King and the Faith Militant in a holy alliance, he has more sway in regards to ruling the Seven Kingdoms. He has stated the many poor can bring down the few nobles. Is he planning to change the distribution of wealth to the people from the rich lords? The HS might have a few more hidden cards up his sleeve. First, he might have enough evidence that ties Cersei to Jaime, illegitimating Tommen's ascent to king. Second, he might have knowledge that Olenna Tyrell used Sansa to ferry a poison given to her by Petyr Baelish. Petyr would not be "arrested" for supplying a poison since his assistance did not pick the target, even though he is implicated in kingslaying. With Tyrion already taking the fall, dredging up Cersei's vengeance for the Tyrell's hand in killing Joffrey would put allies at odds and drive them apart instead of attacking the Faith together if he could convince her of Olenna's treachery.

Lancel Lannister - No show for E6.

Olenna Tyrell - She was the exposition to explain to us idiots that Mace and Jaime lost. But how? Is Olenna removed from the Small Council?

Mace Tyrell - He was playing as the audience to ask the same question we had on what does it mean when Tommen allies with the Faith Militant. Will Mace be removed from the Small Council?

Queen Margaery Baratheon (Tyrell) - The fact she didn't have a shaved head was a clue that something was amiss and the walk of shame was not going to happen. She was testing Tommen's resolve to see which side he was leaning toward - his mother or the High Sparrow. She will do everything to be "the" Queen and protect her brother Loras from further punishment.

Loras Tyrell - No show for E6.

Qyburn - No show for E6.

Cersei S6E7 prediction: With Jaime gone, she will now have no one on her side and the trial is coming soon. Olenna insults her for losing Tommen to the Sparrow and the glory of the lordly Houses. Cersei keeps saying Mountain and Robert Strong interchangably, so that deception is over. She will pick Clegane as her champion. Still, she has not given thought to seeking revenge on Dorne for Myrcella's death. She has bigger fish to fry before she can manage that, but her frustration should be palpable. Maybe Tommen decided to use himself as bait to gain proximity to the HS so he could betray him as Cersei has been coaching. But why would Cersei allow Jaime to be sacrificed if Tommen was to befriend the Sparrow? Cersei appears to keep saying that only her and Jaime matter, and she is resigned in losing Tommen so has no more tears left. I doubt Cersei programmed Tommen to be a double agent. Cersei might go mad if Tommen chooses to be a champion for the Faith against his own mother, and then get killed by Clegane. If Cersei loses the trial, she will beg for Jaime to come save her and abandon his post in the Riverlands. She then might use wildfire and set the Sept of Balor aflame in retaliation. There are hidden caches of wildfire that the Mad King places around Kings Landing they may never had been found, along with 50 miles of secret tunnels.  She doesn't seem to clue Jaime in how she is going to come out victorious over the Sparrow as he rants about killing each and every last one while sacrificing his own life to make sure the Faith is ended. If the High Sparrow leaks that Olenna Tyrell murdered Joffrey instead of Tyrion, that might backfire on the HS which marks him and Olenna for death.  As tentative as the Lannister alliance with Tyrell has been, the HS might want to put the nail in the coffin to ensure the two families break their allegiance and not attack the Faith together which he saw with Margaery's atonement proclamation. If Cersei's champion should win, the HS has another vector of attack with proof that Joffrey and Tommen are products of incest between her and Jaime, fanning the flames again of rumors and bits of facts left by Jon Arryn and Ned Stark, along with Lancel's confession and the attempt on Bran Stark's life with a Lannister blade because he saw the twins conjoined together. If Cersei wins her trial, and the news that the HS is coming at her for incest and removing Tommen from the throne, she might go Mad King and try to blow up the Red Sept with wildfire as seen in Bran's vision.

Sister - Brother rivalry: Even

Cersei's prophecies:
Each of her children she will watch die before her
She will be killed by Volanqar (younger sibling) -
Arya has her on the hit list, and Nymeria killed Myrcella so why not go for the mother
Sandor could be alive since we did not actually see him stop breathing, and the Faith saved him
Dany might, but she might be too late to the party to help
Tommen does not appear to be the type to be a kinslayer
  Loras is in no shape
  Brienne has no reason

Jaime S6E7 prediction: Uncle Jaime is seething that his own son, King Tommen, dismissed him from the elite LC of the KG, which he can't tell him for the Tommen's own protection since he would lose his head (and have his mind blown) as a false king. He has been sent to the Riverlands to break the siege of Brynden Tully at Riverrun and have a gift from Lord Frey in the form of a captive Edmune Tully. Edmune is being held at dagger point in order to force a surrender in the E7 trailer. Jaime will easily broker a settlement signed by Edmune to hand to Brynden after he gives the Trebuchet speech, scattering the Tully insurrection, but the Blackfish will escape yet again. Brienne might arrive a bit late and find out to her disappointment that no Tullys will be able to called for support. Jaime wants to be there for his sister during her trial, but is being forced away. Will he get news of Cersei's betrayal with Lancel to push him over the edge against his own twin sister? Or will he get news that the High Sparrow knows about the incest that produced Tommen? Or that Cersei was the one who maneuvered the High Sparrow into his position and it backfired disastrously?

High Sparrow S6E7 prediction: The HS has yet to play his trump card to remove Loras and Tommen once and for all. Certainly this is proof of Loras' buggery with Renly, and that Margaery was marrying the false King. Also, there are tons of crumbs detailing Cersei and Jaime had Tommen in incest. I see the HS appoint Tommen, Loras and Lancel as 3 of the 7 champions for the Faith to combat Cersei's champion. This will possibly lead to Tommen's death and removing the bastard king  instead of having to do all the heavy lifting of implicating the incest. Lancel is keeping Kevan in check, and his death would mean Kevan lost his heir as well. Lancel looks like the type that wants to hit something anyway. The HS might break Loras to fight for the Faith. Holding Loras keeps House Tyrell in check. Sacrificing Loras in the trial by combat would be a way to end the succession of heirs, along with revealing Ser Strong is an abomination created by Qyburn since he killed all these capable men. This would put Lannister's at odds with the Tyrells if Gregor kills Loras. If Cersei should win the trial, he has two more cards to play. He could split the two Houses further apart by implicating Olenna in the poisoning of Joffrey, and not Tyrion. Then he can bring up the incest claim between Cersei and Jaime in full force, jeopardizing Cersei again and imprisoned, along with Tommen's removal from the Iron Throne, which the HS will then usurp. If the Tyrells try to counter to take the throne for themselves, the death of Loras in the trial or his imprisonment makes him ineligible since the people will revolt against the Tyrells at the HS bidding. Jaime will be too busy in the Riverlands and must keep the seat of Casterly Rock so he will fall back and never want to go to King's Landing again, even to save his sister because he would be implicated and imprisoned as well. Plus Jaime leaving his command might be considered treason. The HS might then turn his sights on Kevan and coach him to bring Jaime to justice in order to save his own House since Tyrion should have been dead, Cersei is as good as dead, and Jaime is a traitor to the crown for his deception.

Queen Margaery S6E7 prediction: She is forgiven by converting her husband and King to the Faith. Now she is trying to find a way to bend Tommen to her will in a contest with the Sparrow and protect her brother Loras from the Faith and further punishment. With Septa Unella in tow, her words will be carefully chosen when speaking to her mother in some sort of code.  However, I fear that Loras will have to repent and defend the faith's honor against Cersei in order to be free. The Sparrow will overpower her ideas for the crown, watching the royal power crumble.

Lady Olenna S6E7 prediction: She stated the obvious to Mace and the clueless audience on what just happened with the HS and Tommen. It's time to go back to High Garden since the Small Council has just been disbanded after tongue lashing Cersei for her stupidity in not controlling Tommen.

Kevan S6E7 prediction: Sticking by Tommen's side as the Hand, he tipped the King off what Jaime, Cersei and Olenna were planning. He did not interfere; he simple urged Tommen to weaken the crown's influence to undermine his own family. What a nice uncle. The Realm before Family I suppose. Due to this act, I forsee Cersei getting revenge on him and putting him to ground.

Pycelle S6E7 prediction: Having hidden his spry nature in the guise of an elderly bent man, Cersei has no more use for Pycelle, but Tommen will not forgo having a maester as counselor.

Margaery S6E7 prediction: She is trying to outfox the Sparrow in controlling Tommen and clueing in her grandmother Olenna about her real motives under the supervising nose of the Faith.

Sister - Brother rivalry: Sister winning

Frankenmountain S6E7 prediction: He will possibly attack Kevan and defend Cersei against the Sparrow's 7 champions, as the rules of the trial by combat changes.

Tommen S6E7 prediction: This boy appears totally whipped by Margaery's charms and the Sparrow's compelling words. I doubt he has it in him to stab the Sparrow in the back and instead will give the Sparrow everything he wants. With Margaery's support from the people, the dismantling of the nobility's special treatment will be whittled away.

Mace S6E7 prediction: Take Olenna home to Highgarden.

Qyburn S6E7 prediction: Cry when Frankenmountain gets slaughtered defending Cersei's honor.

Bron S6E7 prediction: Join up with Jaime for the Riverlands which is confirmed in the E7 trailer.

Dorne

Ellaria -

Sand Snakes -
Obara, Nymeria, etc.

Ellaria S6E7 prediction: Have a war council and move on the Stormland to prepare a land attack against King's Landing, and send word to Danaerys Targaryen for her return once the area is secured.

Sand Snakes S6E7 prediction: Kill of Kevan Lannister and Pycelle.

Essos

Dathroki Sea

Danaerys Targaryen - Who lets the queen ride off and disappear without a guard? Amazing how Drogon was just hiding behind that hill. Guess he was hungry and Dany fed him her white horse as a snack and allowed her to ride him. Now she finally has control of Drogon. Will need to see how far she can maintain it. Good luck getting the Dothraki across to Westeros and then reining them in from butchering peasants and raping the weak. Jorah said the Dothraki weapons are no match for armor. Even Daario is disgusted by her attitude of being a wannabe conqueror without any real victories under her belt.

Danaerys S6E7 prediction: Ride on Drogon to Meereen ahead of her army, quickly meet with Tyrion and find out the he freed her other two dragons. She will go fly off and look for them on Drogon's back. Then the long waiting game with feeding thousands of idle Dothraki getting board waiting to get sea sick or lost at sea in a storm.

Dany's prophecies:
Light three fires - one for life, death, and love
Ride three mounts - one to bed, one to dread, one to love
Three treasons - once for blood, once for gold, once for love

Jorah - No show for E6.

Daario - He showed his contempt for Dany's attitude of being a paper conqueror as he goads her. It may appear that he is pumping her ego, but he knows that the Dothraki are not going to stop raiding and settle down to farm when the war is supposed to be over. The tribes may change their ways to ride a ship across the sea and deal with sickness, but they won't stop their ways of stealing horses or demanding tribute. He alluded to Dany being restless and not being able to sit in a chair and rule, but most men tire of war and want to settle down. What future queen will Dany be in Westeros if she always rides around and pillages? Will this mean eventually the Dothraki will be most likely exterminated, exiled back to Essos once used as a convenient tool, or less likely converted to become sedentary and form permanent villages. I cannot see all of the Dothraki, the elderly and children, leaving Essos.  There has to be a contingent left behind to resume living at Vaes Dothrak or lose their heritage by invaders. Moving the entire nation of Dothraki to Westeros is an absolutely insane plan.

Jorah S6E7 prediction: Seek out someone in Vys or some R'hollr priestess for a cure, or hear about how Seline was healed.

Daario S6E7 prediction: He might betray her as one of the instigators of the Sons of the Harpies. He leads the Second Sons (not the Stormcrows) on the show, so the naming might be too coincidental.

Meereen

Tyrion - No show for E6.

Tyrion S6E7 prediction: Get bored with ruling and go back to drinking.  Probably a no-show. It will be probably at the end of the season where Tyrion can have a joke with the three eunuchs - Varys, Grey Worm and Theon.

Varys - No show for E6.

Varys S6E7 prediction: Count how many days of no one getting killed

Grey Worm - No show for E6.

Missandei - No show for E6.

Braavos

Arya - She was set up to constantly watch the mummers play, seeing her family made fools and murdered. Jaqen has to know this will cause her to explode and declare she is a Stark. She couldn't abide with the Hound's attitude towards liking to kill for it's own sake, and here Arya will do it for a few coin? And how does a mummer get enough money to pay the Faceless Men for an assassination? I'm sure her salary is peanuts for such a bit part. Arya figures out the play Sansa wanted play Cersei / Lady Crane dead. Does Arya cause Lady Crane to die eventually in the future because she convinced her to change the play? The Waif was on hand to see Arya poison and then save Lady Crane from drinking the rum. Jaqen shows no passion on who is to die, but the Waif has a major attitude toward Arya and is chomping at the bit to take Arya down since Arya is a high-born. Now that Arya in on the run, found Needle in its hiding spot, she bunkers down in the dark. Will her sword and darkness give her the edge when the Waif finds her?

Arya S6E7 prediction: It is highly doubtful Syrio Forel is alive and managed to get back to Braavos to save Arya from the Waif. Arya is going to do it all by herself and kill the Waif by tactics and training she held back in hiding. Syrio and the Hound taught her sword play and the blind fighting might give her an edge against the Waif. The agents of the Many Faced God will find Arya no matter where she goes and be able to attempt after attempt. Jaqen will let Arya go saying she passed the test and a life was given to the Faceless God. If Arya were to be hunted, Jaqen could be anyone, anywhere and anytime and Arya would be dead on the spot with a poison dart in her neck. In order for her to slip into Westeros, she will need a disguise and Jaqen will aid her. Jaqen has probably noted that the Waif is using words that betrays herself as having too much emotion invested in Arya. Either way a face will be added to the wall of faceless men. Could Arya kill the Waif then assume her face and kill off Jaqen, ending the Faceless Men? Doubtful as she hasn't been taught that trick. Perhaps Arya will escape with the mummer's troop back to Westeros and take play Sansa's part and help Lady Crane rewrite her lines for play Cersei.

Season 6 Episode 5 - The Door - Post Game Wrap Up

Westeros

The North

Rickon - No show in E5.

Rickon S6E6 prediction: Still act as useful hostage as bait to lure Jon or Sansa to Winterfell to attempt a rescue mission or prisoner exchange.

Umber / Karstark alliance - No show in E5.

Umber S6E6 prediction: With only 2000 Wildlings able to fight according to Jon, it doesn't appear those beyond the Wall are raiding and Umber is just using an excuse to secure Ramsey's aid. Umber can play both sides should Ramsey or Jon win.

Ramsey Bolton - No show in E5.

Ramsey S6E6 prediction: Ramsey is going to consolidate his strength in Winterfell.

Bran - Totally messes up with Greenseering worse than Merry tossing a pebble down a hole in Moria.  Jojen Reed also has the ability to Greenseer but he got eaten by the Others. The Night's King marks him and somehow that nullifies the protection of the Three-Eyed Raven (3ER or book Bloodraven?) weirwood cave.  Summer and Leaf give their life to protect Bran's escape and Hodor makes the ultimate sacrifice holding the cave door (hence his naming - ho' d' door - and the episode title) shut against the walking dead horde. Bran was receiving a core dump of all the history from BR's Greenseering days (and predecessors) and had to deal with the present situation so being stuck to attempt warging while in past Winterfell where Wylis is.  Bran has to reach the Hodor of the present since his conscience is locked in the past so hopefully there is some connection.  This scene is where Eddard is sent away to the Eyrie for training as a boy, mirroring the 3 Eyed Raven's send off to Bran. The added bonus is Rickard Stark's message: Stay out of trouble, but if you have to fight -- win. The Greenseer seemed to stop Bran from touching the past while using greensight when he called out to younger Eddard at the Tower of Joy. Now that power has been confirmed.  This also confirms that Bran is like his ancestor Bran the Builder having both abilities. Bran scars Wylis' psyche for life while Greenseering, which shows Wylis will become Hodor and that he must live in order to serve a Stark and sacrifice his life at the door.  Luckily Wylis/Hodor survives long enough on his travels for many years. Such is fate - written for us. The time-traveling close loop that whatever Bran affects in the past will happen in the future and he can't rewrite what will happen. Meera gets a good shot in whacking one of the last three White Walker lieutenants, leaving the Night's King and two Horsemen (or are there much more we don't see from Craster's grown up babies). It also appears that most, if not all, the Children of the Forest were slain by the Others.  So the Night's King has a special power to make White Walkers from live humans which are stronger than your average murdered zombie. Is there also a special bloodline needed with live humans and no other bloodline can be converted? Do the Others follow a god of darkness in opposing the Lord of Light, R'hllor and his hero Azor Ahai, who commanded them to awaken again after 8000 years of slumber? What is the triggering event of when the Wildlings realized they were in trouble and Mance Ryder began to lead them to the Wall? How many month or years were the Others active before noticed by the first Ranger to desert his post? Was the Wall a way for the followers of the New Ways to bury the Old Ways and tales only the Wildlings knew as bedtime stories? Then the big reveal is that the Night's King was created by the CotF from a man to combat the spreading of the First Men into their northern territory, supposedly Brandon Stark, the 13th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch.  That tale is wrong because the Night's King came first by the hand of the CotF and then his killing of men created the Others as followers instead of the Others existing before, then being seduced by a female White Walker. Also legend has it that the Wildling King Joramund had a horn that could wake up the giants, and possible collapse the wall. The Wall couldn't have been built until after the Night's King defeat at Nightfort, which is south of the Wall, and couldn't exist because the horn would have destroyed it. So the Night's King is an intelligent being that can control his mindless army with absolute authority (Craster's offering babies allowed him to live unharmed as a trusted pact existed with the Night's King so there had to be some communication along with some mystical way the White Walker was sent because a male baby was born. Why did the Wildlings leave Craster alone? Would the WW kill the Wildlings that hurt Craster? The WW couldn't help Craster from the NW. The WW did not attack the NW in retaliation for killing Craster) and has lesser lieutenants that serve him (are these grown Craster's babies?). What is the Night's King motivation besides killing all men and CotF they come across? What is the point of their new world order besides nothingness? Do they serve a god even though they were created by CotF? Can they freeze the Narrow Sea and cross to Essos which the CotF created to stop their advance the first time? An obsidian blade magicked by dragon's fire created them, so it can unmake them. But creating a weapon to destroy your enemies to only have it backfire ad turn on it's masters and creators is poetic justice coldly served. Not only is this very short sighted, it is very poor reasoning and intelligence.  Why would CotF use a human as the Three Eyed Raven and not one of their own?  How long do CotF live?  If they live forever and nearly immortal, why would they need a human host bonded to the weirwood.  Especially if they consider humans their mortal enemy. And why would they put in such a flaw in the magic of creating White Walkers that if a WW touches the simulacrum within a warging session whether in the current time or the past, that would cause the destruction of their magic force field? For such immortal and smart people, the CotF are complete idiots. There is no tales of how CotF procreate.  As far as maesters know, Giants and CotF are legends of old from over thousands of years. Men and CotF always were fighting, and the Wall and the Narrow Sea between Essos and Dorne was created by their magic. The WW were always attacking Men and CotF time and again; it did not matter what creature you were. So were is the mention of a pact between Wildlings and CotF from Mance Ryder or Tormund?  Did somehow the Wildlings decide to stop fighting the CotF? The first attack of the WW against Wildlings discovered by the Rangers of Castle Black noticed a strange design like a galaxy spiral but that later disappeared (by the WW laying in wait as a trap) when the scouting party came back to the campsite. First you do not create creatures that can kill you - this is a meme as old as time. You do not create a plague that can wipe you out if it gets out of control - such as lab created diseases via virus or bacterium. Always have a failsafe to pull the plug on your weapon of mass destruction so it doesn't blow up in your face.  Where was the CotF failsafe on the WW? Did the CotF leave bundles of obsidian weapons for the Rangers of the Nights Watch to find? Did the CotF give the Wildlings these weapons as well? The WW would just go to sleep for thousands of years and hibernate? The CotF and Bran the Builder made a peace pact, then hoped to build a magic wall to contain the Others from Westeros. But the CotF still have to constantly fight the Others. Could Bran the Builder have some backup artifact hidden in the crypts of Winterfell long lost and forgotten? The CotF have weirwood trees guarded by a magic shield.  Most of the trees were destroyed by men because they assumed the CotF were using the trees against them with their magic so they chopped them down. Once there was a truce with the building of the wall, the trees were left alone.  But how does each weirwood protective shield fail to stop the Others if some how the Night's King plays tag with your warged host. Wherever the tagged skinchanger is, that ground is no longer sacred? So why didn't the CotF wipe them out when the Others were sleeping. Simple, right? Dragonglass (obsidian) and Valyrian steel blades? Fire? So why didn't they stockpile those while your enemy sleeps, find their crypt or hiding places in the ground and kill them off while they are dormant? Instead of getting your hands dirty fighting humans, they have to worry that their own creation might backfire on them? So now they have two potential enemies instead of one. Why do you create a creature that bites your hand to begin with? Men domesticate attack dogs and train their loyalty. Why couldn't the CotF figure this out? We build nuclear weapons to destroy our enemies but their are so many failsafes to prevent them from blowing up in our face. This doesn't take a genius sized intellect. This is pure lazy storytelling that is not believable for an immortal race to be that dumb.

Bran S6E6 prediction: Given that Bran only has Meera to pull him along in the lazy blizzard with thousands of Others chasing them down, they need a miracle to save them. The Others can simply "sniff" them out and catch up must faster and spread out and cover so much ground in a search. Fans are hoping for Uncle Benjen Stark (or "Cold Hands") to make his arrival as a savior, possible as a White Walker that has been able to overcome the nature of the monster. Benjen being at Winterfell during Hodor's transformation might be a teaser to let us realize uncle was effected by the skinchanging as well and Wylis is a key to something. Otherwise, Bran should be zombie fodder in 30 minutes of Meera dragging him.  Totally unbelievable escape. Not even 007 could fix this Blofeld-sized plot hole.  Maybe wight-Hodor will get even with Bran and give him a piece of his mind in revenge. Or perhaps Bran will still be warging in wight-Hodor and discover he can control him. If he can, then maybe he will try to warg into the Night's King. As nice and neat as this sounds, I highly doubt this will happen.  Bran never tried to warg into Leaf? If the CotF are immune to being controlled by a Warg, then I doubt their creation is either, otherwise over the thousands of years they would have done this already and ended the threat. So either Benjen (Coldhands?) comes to save the day, or wight-Hodor controlled by Bran's skinchanging will happen to allow them to escape much faster wights chasing them down less than 100 yards away. Old Nan said that if Hodor learned to fight he would be unstoppable. Well, I hope for Bran's sake Hodor either is permanently dead or he can warg into him as the undead because we saw at Hardhome that the recently slain get up in a few minutes after being infected.
Now, let's consider the closed loop effect of Bran transforming Hodor during the greensighting.  The 3ER brought Bran to this point in past time for a reason, so 3ER must have wanted Bran to warg into Wylis on purpose and that was fated to happen. Since 3ER expected to have more time to train and teach Bran, would Bran have purposefully scrambled Wylis' brain? Since Bran would not have been echoing Meera's orders for Hodor to hold the door at that time of leisurely teaching, Wylis would have been warged and imprinted for the future but not made catatonic from the deadly experience. The reason why Hodor was easy for Bran to skinchange into was because his mind was imprinted and could no longer resist. One of the main tenets of skinchanging is a ban on warging into humans. So the 3ER would have needed to force Bran to break one of the major restrictions on purpose. But with 3ER dying before Bran's escape, he knew his death was at hand because he never saw Hodor save them, and left it all to chance, assuming Bran was capable of warging into Wylis. If 3ER made Bran warg into Wylis without any imposing danger, Wylis would not have been Hodor, but might have been able to submit his will easier and have had an actual friendlier bond with Bran and been able to speak more than one word for the rest of his life.  With the Night's King assaulting the weirwood, 3ER could die guilt free and even lessen the guilt for Bran because he had no real choice to mind control Wylis. This meant that Bran was not purposefully committing an evil act by dominating a normal boy, removing his choice to sacrificing his life so Bran could live.
Plot hole aside, Bran will be going south to the Wall and stop at the weirwood 1 mile north of Castle Black where Jon took his vow when taking the Black. If Bran passes through the Wall does he allow the Others to ignore the magic shield that prevents their passing? Supposedly the Wall was built with CotF magic with the First Men to contain the Others as a sign of truce and peace between their common enemy (which the CotF created and couldn't contain). Also, the Others are contained (maybe destroyed) by ocean or sea water. Why didn't they just build a 500 foot wide and deep trench across the land from east to west and let it fill with never-freezing magical salt water to prevent the Others from crossing instead of some magic Wall? And why would some men want to stay north of the wall as wildlings and stay clear of the CotF and hope to avoid the Others? The Night's Watch has kept 3 keeps in fair condition (Shadow Tower and Eastwatch-by-the-Sea). The wildlings never forgot the old tales of the Others and never expected them to come back after their defeat.  Then why was the Wall built if not to contain the Others?  And why dare fate and stay on the enemy side of the Wall? The CotF had some defense in their protective shielding by the Weirwoods.  The Wildlings had none.

And another tease and a miss is that the Tower of Joy conclusion is never reached. Way to go showrunners - punish your viewers by ignoring an important plot point. Hopefully when Bran goes to the Wall, he will stop to use greensight at the weirwood and let us know L+R=J. Jon  may not have Eddard Stark's blood, but instead his sister Lyanna, which would still explain why Jon can warg and skinchange (he entered a bird's mind as well as Ghost the wolf). Hopefully Bran has learned he can touch people in the past when using greensight with the weirwood. Does this mean he will go change the past to change the future? Can he really influence it? He did with Wylis to Hodor, so why not tear the complete fabric apart and reshape it the way he wants to? Cause the Mad King to see visions? Somehow save his father Eddard? Eddard seemed to have heard something but he couldn't see Bran and then the 3ER whisked him away before any damage was done. Now that 3ER can no longer stop him, whenever Bran can get to a weirwood the fabric of reality can be altered while the Others chase him down. If the Others don't stop Bran, then eventually Bran will use his greensight to alter the past and cause major changes to the future. Bran has to die. He will not be able to control himself to abuse this power.

Jon - Finally had his council meeting with Davos. Melisandre, as predicted, was quiet as a mouse. Brienne scoffing that Davos and Melisandre conveniently latch onto new lords to serve and promote the use of blood magic to commit crimes. Brienne is also ever insightful into Jon's demeanor of brooding.

Jon S6E6 prediction: Jon has to round up the Wildlings with Tormund. Maybe a skirmish with the Umber forces.  No scene for E6.

Jon's prophecy: Azor Ahai; the prince that was promised

Samwell & Gilly & baby Sam - No show in E5.

Samwell E6E6 prediction: From the teaser, Sam makes it home to Horn Hill in the Reach (southeast of Highgarden and close to the Citadel of the Maesters) with Gilly, but does he hid the fact she is a wildling, and that Sam is a child of a madman named Craster? I'm sure he hides that fact from his father Randyll and gets a cold reception and insults that he is still useless as ever and hopes he would fall off a horse and die.  However, it is rumored that House Tarly has a Valyrian Greatsword - Heartsbane, which would be a boon against the White Walker battles to come. There is no way he is going to convince his father to send aid to House Stark as Lord Tarly is allied to House Tyrell.

Sansa - Totally blasts into Baelish for being a fool for not knowing secrets about Ramsey since he runs a brothel and knows his clienteles fetishes.  Luckily she can use him to keep Bolton busy with Moat Cailin, but otherwise she will distance herself from him and attempt to make good with Robyn Arryn. At least after lying to Jon, she makes up for it with a nice winter wolf cloak for the trip.

Brienne - Too bad she didn't get to relieve Petyr of his head. She's been constantly ready to lunge at Davos, Melisandre and now Baelish.  She is being sent to Riverrun. The book had Jaime Lannister campaigning to sweep Riverrun so a possible reunion could be in the making. Brienne is still appalled by Tormund's advances.  She really seems to have her heart set on Jaime after all.

Melisandre - Seen and not heard. More of the same for a while.

Davos - Of course Jon and Sansa needs allies. Men only will commit to a battle they think they can win, no matter how loyal or how northern. Makes sense after all. Now he and Sansa are set to wind up in Castle Bear?

Sansa S6E6 prediction: Take Davos to Castle Bear to win over the Lady Lyanna of House Mormont with cousin Jorah exiled as a slaver and uncle Jeor Mormont slain in service with the Black.

Sister - Brother rivalry: Sansa ahead

Brienne S6E6 prediction: Off to Riverrun to get the alliance of the "Blackfish" Lord Brynden Tully in the Riverlands.

Melisandre S6E6 prediction: More mousy scenes.

Davos S6E6 prediction: Lend his nine fingers to Sansa's diplomacy efforts within Castle Bear.

Petyr Baelish - The master weaver got snared. Did he expect Sansa to send a raven for rescue and his Vale army would save her from the monster, slaying Roose and Ramsey? It was his excuse all along to take his army north and used Sansa's escape from King's Landing to implicate the Boltons. By pulling the family card with Robyn, Petyr could snare the Vale's soldiers since the Fingers is a small fief. Petyr did not have a card to play should Sansa get free.  In fact I believe it was never Petyr's plan to keep Sansa alive when the rescue attempt happened.

Petyr S6E6 prediction: Proclaiming the Boltons a threat to the Iron Throne for taking Sansa, he will continue to harry them and look good to the Lannisters.

Lord Robin Arryn - Safe at home throwing things out the door.

Lord Yohan Royce - Leading the charge against Moat Cailin for Petyr and Lord Arryn.

Iron Islands

Theon Greyjoy - Backing his sister's ascension to the Salt Throne.

Yara Greyjoy - Puts in a nice speech why she should be queen, but really doesn't have a plan.

Euron Greyjoy - Crushes his opponent by mocking them and then declares the enemy of our enemy is our friend. As if Danaerys will marry this oaf.  And won't it take them eighteen months to build a fleet of 500 ships from scratch? And after celebrating your victory by waterboarding and surviving, you promote a uplifting kinslaying of your nephew and niece. But alas, with most of the fleet under Yara's (and Theon's) command and sailing away, Euron is not doing much of anything for a while. Best he tell stories of how their navy crushed the Lannisters at Casterly Bay and now that Stannis is no longer a threat to beat them again, things should be all downhill from hereon out.

Theon / Yara S6E6 prediction: They have no love for the north and no where to attack.  Perhaps they will be pirates. I do not see them teaming up with Dorne. They have no ships to transport Dany so getting to Meereen first would not help since a fleet needs to be built and Euron would arrive by then.

Sister - Brother rivalry: Even

Euron S6E6 prediction: The Iron Fleet is thought to only have 100 ships (according to the books led by Victorian Greyjoy). With the Greyjoys taking the best of the bunch in the show version, Euron's command to build 1000 ships sounds very bold (possibly having at most 66 ships left).  A ship of that time (10th Century based) (25' cogs, 60' caravel or 90' carrack / galley), taking about 4 months apiece, taking a crew of 15-30 to man them. Not to mention the possible long galleass class which had 32 oars requiring 5 men apiece, and a bireme (2-mast, precursor of the trireme) galley with 25 oars requiring a crew of 120-160 men. The fleet would require a lowball estimate of 20,000 able bodied sailors. 1 ship requires over a hundred men to build, so that's around 100 ships completed every four months, which would take an estimate of 40 (over 3 years) months to complete the entire fleet. But everyone in Westeros has Littlefinger's time warping device. So if he plans to bring the Dothraki and Unsullied which is around 30,000 men (and 20,000 horses!) they are going to need a lot of supplies and cargo space which is nearly quadrupled on those 1000 ships.  The best move would be for the Dothraki to march due west, send word to the Unsullied to group up from Meereen, and meet Euron at Pentos and land at Storm's End to start raiding the countryside and take a small keep before knocking on Renly's former castle. Even though Dragonstone is closer to King's Landing, it is a horrible launching point as Stannis would attest to. No one wants to meet the Dothraki horselords on an open field of battle, and the Unsullied are trained to lay siege and take fortifications. Now there was no mention of a magic horn that could control the dragons which Euron found during his travels in Valyria.  In the book, he used it to win the kingsmoot handily, and doesn't mention Dany, just 3 dragons.

King's Landing

Tommen Baratheon - No show for E5.

Kevan Lannister - Former Hand is still no show for E5.

Cersei Baratheon/Lannister - No show for E5.

Jaime Lannister - No show for E5.

Ser Robert Strong / Gregor Clegane - No show for E5.

Maester Pycelle - No show for E5.

High Sparrow - No show for E5.

Lancel Lannister - No show for E5.

Olenna Tyrell - No show for E5.

Mace Tyrell - No show for E5.

Queen Margaery Baratheon - No show for E5.

Loras Tyrell - No show for E5.

Qyburn - No show for E5.

Cersei S6E6 prediction: Sit back with popcorn and hear the news of the face-off between Tyrell's men and the Faith Militant.  The Kingsguard (Jaime) is the wildcard if he is indeed leading the charge with the Tyrells and not beside Tommen as he should be. Cersei would be stupid if she took out all the Tyrells along with their army.  The king needs the loyalty of the second largest army to add to her own. The goal is to remove Olenna from interfering and ruling on the council, and make Mace a bootlicker to her causes. If the people can riot and bring down Olenna while her soldiers switch allegiance to the Lannisters for challenging the Faith Militant, Cersei can usurp and gain traction.  If she causes the downfall of House Tyrell, no one else will want to ally with the Lannisters ever again since it is a fatal handshake to deal with them.

Sister - Brother rivalry: Even, though it's been awhile since they let the viewers know they still hitting the same haystack

Jaime S6E6 prediction: Will face off against the High Sparrow in a final contest of wills.  If that is indeed Jaime on the horse in the lead of the chevron, he is utterly exposed being on horseback with stairs ahead and pikes behind.  Eventually, he will be sent to end a civil war in Riverrun, given Lannister forces to put down the rebellion.

High Sparrow S6E6 prediction: Show off Margaery for her walk of shame, but then fall to an insurrection planned by Olenna.  Or just about face back into the Sept, the Faith Militant protecting his escape as they blockade the Sept for a siege. Plus, the Sparrow will signal for the beggars in the streets to riot and overwhelm the Tyrell's soldiers. Just to nip the other end of the knot, the High Sparrow may have evidence of Tyrell's involvement with poisoning Joffrey slip into Tommen's hand. The Sparrow also might be telling Jaime how Cersei's other crimes included bedding Lancel, who then confessed about Jaime's incest, which might mess with Jaime's head.

Queen Margaery S6E6 prediction: Stay cloaked before her walk of shame and be herded into the Sept. Noticing the teaser, Margaery is not shaven and has a full head of hair.  This might be due to that fact she only bore false witness and did not commit adultery like Cersei was excused of.

Lady Olenna S6E6 prediction: Wait out the storm with Cersei, only to be handed over as enemy of the Sept.

Kevan S6E6 prediction: Be forced to use the Kingsguard to lock up the Tyrells for insurrection

Pycelle S6E6 prediction: Still waiting for his assassination. Perhaps in the commotion, a Sand Snake is able to strike.

Margaery S6E6 prediction: Convinced by Loras to end his suffering, she will take the walk to gain him leniency with the High Sparrow. However, with the Tyrell banner men will assemble to prevent the show even though Margaery claims she is very popular with the common folk and they will treat her kinder than Cersei.  The Sparrow will keep her locked up in the Sept during the riot. Or will he order her executed on the spot? That doesn't make sense since he's the one who keeps spouting that spilling blood on holy ground is forbidden. It would only happen if the Sparrow's life is compromised in retaliation.

Sister - Brother rivalry: Even since Margaery is set to do the walk and bent the knee

Frankenmountain S6E6 prediction: Start the charge against the Faith Militant and face the Hound again. Perhaps he will be the one to bust open the Sept's doors.

Tommen S6E6 prediction: Shiver with his mother over the outcome of the battle in the Sept. He might get wind of Tyrell's assassination of his brother Joffrey which would infuriate Cersei when she finds out and make her go full-out backstab on Olenna and Mace.

Mace S6E6 prediction: Hide in High Garden and avoid arrest for his mother's insurrection, but he might be leading his squad at the base of the High Sept.

Qyburn S6E6 prediction: Slink off and start his second experiment.

Bron S6E6 prediction: Be called for active duty by Jaime for Riverrun.

Dorne

Ellaria - No show for E5.

Sand Snakes - No show for E5.
Obara, Nymeria, etc.

Ellaria S6E6 prediction: Have a war council and move on the Stormland to prepare a land attack against King's Landing, and send word to Danaerys Targaryen for her return once the area is secured.

Sand Snakes S6E6 prediction: Kill of Kevan Lannister and Pycelle.

Essos

Danaerys Targaryen - Now marching south to Astapor with the horde, she has sent off Jorah to explore for a cure.  Jorah always wanted to profess his love and finally does. However, Dany prefers him to be a wise uncle for counsel. With the loss of Selmy, (and her murdering dozens of Khals) she is understaffed on war advisors.

Danaerys S6E6 prediction: Knock on the gates of Astapor and find out the edict in place to end slavery in 7 years. She will demand a fleet to head west and the slave cities will gladly give them now to get rid of her.  So why would anyone burn the fleet in Meereen since the Sons of the Harpy want to get rid of her and prevent her from leaving?  Dany did not want to leave yet because she did not have peace in the city, nor did she have enough troops to hold Meereen and maintain an invasion force into Westeros. Astapor and other slaver cities were recaptured by the Great Masters so Dany decided to entrench her position to prevent losing again. Did Daarios give orders when he left to destroy the navy? Supposedly Dany gave orders for Daarios to set the fleet in the harbor to the torch during the invasion of Meereen in the books.  This did not happen on the show, so this mysteriously happens in peacetime. When he finds Dany that would keep her in the palace for a long time to be her consort and ingratiate himself on her in his bid to remove Jorah from trying to court her. Did Euron pay off arsonists? Is Euron the leader of the Sons of the Harpy? I doubt he could afford to pay for that many hirelings. We never get reports from sailors or merchants of who started the fires and not one bandit or Son (with mask) was captured. Good job Grey Worm and Unsullied! Why would sailors want their only means of income destroyed by a one-time payoff? There needs to be a plausible explanation of how an entire fleet is destroyed in a huge concentrated effort without any information.  Maybe the fleet is blockaded by the combined force of the slaver cities, but this is not divulged to the viewer. It would make sense that during the night a small contingent of slavers sneak on small rowboats and line the hulls with pitch and torch them in unison. Isn't Varys supposed to be the Master of the Little Birds and not even the great spymaster himself had a clue this was coming or news of who caused it? Another massive plot hole. Euron wants to give Dany his own Ironborn fleet.  How does he know she doesn't already have one? Maybe he had some swag after all, but it is extremely unlikely that he has a hidden cache of gold. The best explanation would be slavers in the night.  Who could dare attack a fleet of ships in port with a small compliment of crew and overwhelm all the sailors by throwing pitch torches in a huge concentrated effort in the middle of the day!?!? Lazy, sloppy story telling yet again that is just implausible and unbelievable.
With the teaser titled Blood of My Blood which alludes to Dothraki heritage, this is more geared toward progeny. Is this a stab at Lannisters family bonds? Sam and Gilly's son Jon? The Night's King even takes babies (900 of them?) donated by Craster to appease the Others as to not convert him (so is the baby created as a Night's Soldier as a weaker version of the King and then grows up fast into a man-like creature which we've seen the Children of the Forest do to initiate the whole mess).

Dany's prophecies:
Light three fires - one for life, death, and love
Ride three mounts - one to bed, one to dread, one to love
Three treasons - once for blood, once for gold, once for love

Jorah - Profess his love for the Khaleesi and honourably declare he has greyscale and must be exiled again.

Daario - If Jorah did not admit to having the disease, he would have turned him in.

Jorah S6E6 prediction: Search for a cure much like Shireen Baratheon was able to with vinegar baths. Or maybe he will have enough presence of mind to off himself before he turns into a stone man. Or maybe not.  Or maybe go to Yunkai and start a greyscale plague for fun.

Daario S6E6 prediction: Lead the mercenary corps behind Dany quietly, or else get himself in trouble with his mouth and be put down by a Dothraki henchman. Could Daario be behind setting up the Sons of the Harpy so Dany will march out of Meereen and start waging war?

Meereen

Tyrion - With Varys, they make progress giving an elementary lesson to Grey Worm and Missi that 0 is better than a few -- stopping the killings of Masters or freedmen is just an added bonus. He hides behind Varys and starts apologizing for any offence when the Red Priestess starts to get brazen with Varys about his wounding. I failed to see how Tyrion recruited the priestess to win the hearts and minds of the citizens of Meereen to strike a bargain. She does not seem interested in telling the people that R'hollr has picked Danaerys, the Mother of Dragons, to save the World as the Chosen One.  Kinvara seems more interested in bending people under the Lord of Light's yoke and brow beat anyone who doesn't agree with her.

Tyrion S6E6 prediction: Get bored with ruling and go back to drinking.

Varys - The Spider became very perturbed by the Red Priestess Kinvara's accounting of his enslavement and wounding.  Just because Varys knew of Melisandre as a fanatic of the Lord of Light, and her sect's prediction of Stannis as the Chosen One was completely wrong, that might have gotten under Kinvara's skin.  So in short order, she decided to profess every nasty detail regarding the secrecy of his incident. It is no wonder why Varys is feeling rather squirmish and exposed, but should not be convinced she is a worthy ally to rally the common folk to believe Dany is there savior and not the slavers.  After all, he only verbally attacked her order and she is not to blame for some other rogue priestesses actions, meanwhile she went for Varys' jugular to shame him.  That's a real politician that you want to work for you!

Varys S6E6 prediction: The Red Priestess doesn't appear to have any hold on Varys or special arraignment with the common folk, so I am perplexed by the unfolding scene and to the reasoning of its unveiling to his character.

Greyworm - Learns that 2 is greater than 0 and that no killing is preferable to a few killings.

Missandei - Accompanies Greyworm in his tutelage.

Braavos

Arya - Gets handily whipped by the waif bare handed against her own staff. More training to be done even with her eyesight. The next mission is to poison a mummer playing Queen Cersei, who is, according to Arya, a decent person, yet the actual Queen Cersei is on her little hit list. Jaquen reminds her that decent people die too and the price has been paid; so either follow orders to go home because he won't suffer her insolence. The mummer's play upset Arya as the portrayal of her father as a buffoon and dishonorable usurper angered her into wanting to shout that is not how it happened, forcing her to bite her tongue so she may further her mission.  So when the waif calls her out as Stark, the play within the play did it's thing to Arya's psyche.  (In the books, Arya is supposed to be in the mummer's troope playing her sister Sansa so she has much more control over her emotional attachment to her family's losses). Does Arya continue to use her skinchanging abilities in Braavos? According to the books, she can warg into cats. When and if Arya comes back to Westeros, will she find Nymeria, remembering (show Arya) that she can warg into her wolf? As far as the books go, Nymeria is leading a huge pack of wolves and is somewhere in the Riverlands. With Jaime Lannister faces off against the Tullies with Brienne's request for aid, perhaps the wolf pack can swarm in and change the tide of war for Tully so they can all march north to destroy the Boltons.

Arya S6E6 prediction: If she is truly her father's daughter and sworn to duty and truth, her time with the Faceless Men is at an end. However, the ends justifies the means will be urging her onward to give up that piece of her humanity. Causing death creates a loss, just like her brother coming back to life. If I know Arya, she will attempt to find out who wrote the play that defamed her father, insulting his honor in making him a fool and not a tragic figure and do a two-for-one poisoning (the mummer's leader perhaps).

Season 6 Episode 4 - Book of the Stranger - Post Game Wrap Up

Westeros

The North

Rickon - No show in E4.

Rickon S6E5 prediction: Still act as useful hostage as bait to lure Jon or Sansa to Winterfell to attempt a rescue mission or prisoner exchange.

Osha S6E5 prediction: Stay dead - Ramsey already figured Osha was not worth toying with for long and had no value to keep alive since Theon talked about her part in the deception. I was cheering for her to not wait and try to lull Ramsey into position. (S)He who hesitates is lost.

Umber / Karstark alliance - No show in E4.

Umber S6E5 prediction: With only 2000 Wildlings able to fight according to Jon, it doesn't appear those beyond the Wall are raiding and Umber is just using an excuse to secure Ramsey's aid. Umber can play both sides should Ramsey or Jon win.

Ramsey Bolton - Ramsey is sitting and waiting for Jon to make his move.  The Pink Letter has been sent to goad Jon to hand over Sansa or otherwise watch his siblings tortured and raped.  No mention of aid sent with Umber to fight the Wildlings in the north. How long will Ramsey wait and sit in Winterfell when Sansa does not show up? How long will he wait to start torturing Rickon when he doesn't get his way.  Ramsey promised to kill Rickon in front of Jon in defiance and not before the Bastardbowl.  If Jon does deliver Sansa, who thinks Ramsey will let Rickon go with Jon back to Castle Black unmolested, or even without contest if challenged into a stalemate by a formidable force?  Since Jon is not going to just hand Sansa over, this question is moot.

Ramsey S6E5 prediction: Ramsey is going to consolidate his strength in Winterfell. With the E5 trailer, Baelish has teleported to the north, missing the army of the Vale marching right past. Bolton has to be sending out envoys to get more support for the remaining Lords. He already has Umber and Karstark. Will he get House Manderly's allegiance (and possible turn-coat later on).

Bran - No show in E4.

Bran S6E5 prediction: Still the same as before. The E5 trailer shows Bran warging and standing in the midst of the Others and next to the Night's King. Could Bran have touched the undead soul of his uncle? I was expecting more confirmation on the Tower of Joy, but it seems the showrunners side-track again. What new answers will we get about the White Walkers?  Why is Meera trying to wake Bran from warging? Can't the three-eyed raven pull him out since he's the mentor? It appears the Night's King notices something amiss in the "soul" he is looking at.  But how would his helper know Bran is in trouble and needs to be brought out?

Jon
We still do not know what memories he lost due to the resurrection. With the reunion with Sansa, he is being maneuvered to clean up the mess and reclaim Winterfell for Sansa and Rickon (if he survives Ramsey's torture).  Jon is tasked by Sansa to form an army and retake her birthright.  The Wildlings will fight by Jon's side as promised by Tormund (since Ramsey's letter states he will kill every last Wildling) much to Jon's chagrin and against his pride for asking.  However, 2000 will not defeat Bolton's 5000 inside a fort. Plus assistance from Karstark's and Umber's men to pincer and cut off Jon's force from retreat. Jon has no idea the Vale is coming. There was a whole lot of off-screen possible dialogue between Sansa and Jon that would have best served viewers except talk of bad food and ale.  Jon - you died! And the Red Woman resurrected you? How can this be? Are you okay? Do I trust blood magic? Should I be thankful to Melisandre? Having a word between Sansa and Mel would have been nice to see how that gauge each other as potential allies. Brienne failed to meet with Jon and the reveal of the Valyrian sword. Maybe it is her path to lead the fight against the White Walkers?

Jon S6E5 prediction: Jon will need a council meeting with Sansa, Brienne and Davos. Melisandre will just be a follower and not lend strategy. Hopefully Jon will mention the Others and the need for Obsidian or Valyrian steel. It appears that Jon will gather forces of the Wildlings and get them battle ready, while others seek aid from House Mormont, since House Frey, Umber and Karstark are already aligned against them. Neither side will strike yet.  Will Baelish be there in time for the meeting, or will he come after Jon has left, since we see Petyr get berated by Sansa at Winterfell in the E5 trailer. There is no time to secure the towers of the wall against the Others.  How long will the wall hold them back? Haven't we seen World War Z with zombies piling on top of each other to get over a wall? If Jon and Sansa leave, will Bolton arrive and storm Castle Black and burn it to the ground since he won't come and see?

Jon's prophecy: Azor Ahai; the prince that was promised

Samwell & Gilly & baby Sam - No show in E4.

Samwell E6E5 prediction: Quick argument with his father Lord Randall Tarly, but the lord accepts Gilly into his home.  Sam will study at college and hopefully someone will believe him the sky is falling.

Sansa - Sadly it seems like Sansa teleported to Castle Black, bypassing any other minor lord and keep along the way and not starving and freezing to death. Melisandre not greeting Sansa is a horrible breach of etiquette. This fails to entertain the viewers for a reveal that Mel met Catelyn. Sansa > Jon #sistergate

Sansa S6E5 prediction: In the preview trailer, we have Sansa and Davos in House Mormont. Expect them to ask for support to put Starks back in Winterfell.  However in E5 trailer, Sansa is fuming at Baelish over handing her to Ramsey the sociopathic flaying monster. Will Baelish declare his love for her and give her command of the Army of the Vale first without question and then ask for her to marry him.  If Petyr gives the army as a gift without trading for her hand, it would attempt to prove he needs to make it right first, before wheedling her into marriage.  This can allow Sansa to take the Army and push Baelish aside and snub him and let him wait for her answer.

Brienne - Challenged Melisandre the Red Witch and Davos to try her.  She came at they with drawn steel, but neither of them are warriors.  I suppose she revealed that she killed Stannis to declare they are even - you killed my king and now I killed yours.  Your move, Davos. Mel was a bit scared of Brienne and averted talking or looking at her.  Brienne had to have told Sansa that she ran into Arya in the Riverlands since Sansa mentioned to Jon that they need to save the family. It would then also make sense that Sansa would send Brienne to White Harbor to get allegiance of House Manderly, but it appears Petyr will move faster and get to Castle Black, running around Winterfell.

Brienne S6E5 prediction: Possibly get chummy with Tormund and prepare the Wildling army and train them with Jon. Because of tensions with Davos and Melisandre, Brienne is sent away in a different direction.  It won't be Mormont because Davos is going there, so that leaves House  Manderly, but Baelish probably already entreated with Lord Manderly.  All that leaves is training the Wildlings with Tormund and preparing them as a force to be reckoned with so Jon can stay safe in Castle Black, or maybe the quick meeting with Arya might come up and Sansa will tell her to go back and backtrack her steps. How could Brienne be so stupid in letting Arya slip through her fingers?!
Brienne > Davos #sisterwannabe7

Melisandre S6E5 prediction: Avoid Brienne and wait for Jon to ask for her help.

Davos S6E5 prediction: Escorting Sansa to Castle Bear of House Mormont to make an alliance. Davos still hasn't pressed Melisandre for what happened to Shireen, but it's doubtful she will tell the truth that she insisted that Stannis make a sacrifice of king's blood.  Brienne managed to save Melisandre from having to answer a direct question. Davos believes that justice has to prevail. Does the Onion Knight really wish to forgive and forget about Stannis' execution not by Roose Bolton, but by a knight of a pretender (Renly)? By what authority did Brienne have to execute judgement?

Petyr Baelish - Petyr has to clean up his mess. I suspect Bolton wrote a very nasty letter to Baelish about his gift-wife running away. Petyr insinuates that Lord Royce betrayed the plot to take Sansa to the Fingers for safe-keeping and the absent minded little lord Robin eagerly agreed with his Uncle and suggested to throw him out the Moon Door which started the soldiers surrounding Royce like this is a common activity and they all enjoy watching bodies succumb to gravity without a parachute.  Now Royce has to prove his loyalty and save Robin's cousin from the Boltons and cannot give any argument.  Way too neat to maneuver Royce into a position without compromise and threat of beheading. But of course, when your uncle gives you a super rare falcon, you are swayed to consider fabled generals to the fickle finger of fate. I suppose we should give good ol' Royce a second chance and prove himself. Not that Royce really needed to be beaten over the head to be Pro-Stark, but I thought Littlefinger was the master of subtle manipulation and persuasion instead of boldly cramming no choice down a heralded war hero's throat.  Poorly executed Petyr, and you will be repaid in kind by Royce in the future.

Petyr S6E5 prediction - The E5 trailer shows him being berated by Sansa that Ramsey Bolton is a stark-raving madman (see what I did there?). Petyr also looks crestfallen and possibly looking for forgiveness from Sansa. Did Petyr fly over Moat Cailin and jet over Winterfell to get to Castle Black?  Did he tell Sansa he has Royce marching to the rescue? He had to arrive before Sansa rides off to House Mormont. And what about the Army of the Vale? Did they sail to White Harbor and meet House Manderly? Did Manderly get called to ally with the Boltons? If so, was House Manderly over-run by the Vale? Or did the Vale siege Moat Cailin and the marshes and avoid White Harbor completely?  Or did Petyr get to Manderly and plot with them to backstab Bolton, allowing Manderly to pretend to ally with Bolton, only to turn-coat in the middle of a battle.  Supporting Sansa means supporting Castle Black and Jon, who can be considered disloyal to the North for allowing thousands of Wildlings across the border.  This would make Bolton correct in the assertion that Jon Snow is a traitor to the entire Kingdom.  The only way Jon can be given salvation would be if the White Walker invasion is well known and not some legend.  Jon has not put out the word and proof that White Walkers are coming and that the North needs to repel these undead invaders which are thousands time worse than Wildlings ever could be.  Plus if Jon did not save the Wildlings, that would have only added to the undead army.  Bolton does not seem to care that there is a White Walker invasion coming his way. If he assaults Castle Black before Petyr gets there, the news of a White Walker menace will be lost, and then perhaps he will be slaughtered by them in a surprise onslaught.  However, Ramsey does not move against Castle Black and Petyr sneaks past giving Jon too much time to reinforce with Wildlings and Mormont.  With a stalemate between Bolton / Umber / Karstark / Manderly and Jon's combined forces, the arrival of the Vale will come as a surprise and Manderly's betrayal to switch sides mid-battle will defeat Bolton.  Jon will then be able to concentrate on the White Walker invasion. Davos will then be the Hand to Rickon as the heir apparent of Winterfell instead of Sansa, and Petyr will get his wish and snub the Lannisters and Tyrells by betrothing Sansa to unify the north and keep the Eyrie to lock the southerners out. If Tyrells fall during the civil war, Lannisters will claim Highgarden as their own.  That leaves Dorne in opposition to Tommen, so Lannisters cannot go after Petyr until after Ellaria is dethroned.  Since Dany's mother is Elia of Dorne, this could be a well timed alliance with the Sand Snakes to attack King's Landing with Dany's forces of Unsullied and Dothraki.  With Jon's heritage finally exposed, and his heroic efforts of saving the world from the Others, Rickon will be Warden of the North and related to Dany.  Dorne will bend knee to Dany (with aid of the Ironborn ships with a deal to be left alone) in getting revenge for Elia's murder by the Lannisters and the blood relation.  Sad that Prince Doran missed that and I'm sure Varys had informed him of the plan, and that Dorne should have been viewed as the good guys and took the high road instead of kinslaying and poisoning other royalty.

Theon Greyjoy - Amazing how Theon can find a ship to take him to the Iron Islands after traveling by horse in winter, looking like a beaten peasant with no papers or seal, with no sun to guide him west. At least he threw his lot in with Yara, instead of crumpling to Uncle Euron. Still no investigation on how their father Balon died.  No scene of Theon making his peace with his father for his failures.

Yara Greyjoy - Now that Yara has tossed her gauntlet in the ring for king with Theon's blessing, how will the kingsmoot play out for the Salt Throne?  Yara > Theon #sistergate2

Theon / Yara S6E5 prediction: Get voted as king even though the odds are against it as a woman have never succeeded to the throne, and Euron won't sit idle and cause a sword fight that ends in his own death, possibly with Theon sacrificing himself to save his sister from his uncle's treachery. Or as hinted by the books, Euron wins the throne with his speech on conquering Westeros by finding a relic to control dragons on Old Valyria (which, by the way, filled with Stone Men as Jorah can attest to and might just put a damper on that plan).

King's Landing

Tommen - As the High Sparrow has maneuvered him to not reveal a secret, he probably told his mother anyway which is exactly what the High Sparrow expected.  Queen Margaery is not ready to make her walk of atonement, yet Cersei believes this.  The Margaery we see is one who hasn't been broken, who is much stronger willed than her brother Loras. The High Sparrow has used Tommen well and is preparing a counter-attack for the Lannisters and Tyrells reaction.

Kevan Lannister - Why is he focused on the High Sparrow and not on Dorne? Do they not see Sunspear moving against the King? Instead he is pining to save Lancel who won't be redeemable from the Faith Militant.

Lady Olenna Tyrell - She doesn't even keep Mace in the loop (or consider his advice) since her son-in-law is absent at the small council meeting to plot and use Tyrell's soldiers to waylay Margaery's walk of atonement.

Olenna S6E5 prediction: Completely sold up the river by Jaime after Cersei is executed, and she will also be executed by Faith Militant and Lannister men after the failed insurrection to save Margaery from the Faith Militant.
Cersei / Jaime - They are plotting to use Tyrell's army against the High Sparrow possibly inciting civil war, when Dorne can be sailing into port any day now to attack. They don't expect a bloodless coup.  And what if Ellaria Sand comes to town with her navy while the city is tearing itself apart? Clueless. I cannot believe Dorne will not be making its move after such a bloody coup in Sunspear and killing Myrcella as a big slap in the Lannister's face. I do not see how the twins improved their situation.

Cersei S6E5 prediction - Totally ignoring Sunspear is going to be a fatal mistake.  Instead she would chance a civil war using Tyrell forces and leaving Lannister's guard to stand down and be blameless.
She is severely lacking foresight and the civil war with the Faith Militant will be swift, and end up with her head on the pike. Margaery's walk of atonement is a ruse that the High Sparrow bet that Tommen would leak to his mother and expect a military engagement.  Tommen will be torn when he has to choice between saving his mother or his wife, the Queen. Tommen will order Kevan to not stand down and destroy the Tyrell forces in league with the Faith Militant. However, Kevan will be conflicted and go according to Cersei's plan, only to be betrayed by Jaime.  Cersei will have her trail by combat sooner than expected.  Ser Strong will be put down, Tommen will be usurped as a puppet under the High Sparrow, while Cersei watches her last son order her to be executed.  This reinforces the prophecy is that Cersei is killed by a "younger brother" Volanqar - which would mean Sandor, the younger brother of Gregor, the plot to start a civil war will be her last. Perhaps Sandor will come to the aid of the High Sparrow and face off against Ser Strong and then Tommen and the Sparrow will order him to execute Cersei for the insurrection along with Olena, Mace and Loras.

Jaime S6E5 prediction - He will remain Tommen's Kingsguard and loyal protector, watch as Cersei is executed and House Tyrell fall. The foreshadowing of his earlier confrontation with the High Sparrow ending in a standoff will continue.  Jaime will probably be the hand that forces Kevan to take up arms against the Tyrell's, possibly executing him for failing to heed the call of the High Sparrow for protection.  Instead of a civil war, Lannister's will now rule over what's left of House Tyrell, Jaime once against becoming the Hand of the King instead of the Kingsguard, getting rid of his sister who has not been focused on the real issues.  Since Dorne doesn't appear to be smart at all and not preparing for war immediately after killing a princess of the King of the Iron Throne, Jaime will be an opportunist and switch sides when he sees that the Faith Militant has outwitted Cersei and the Tyrell soldiers.  He will remove Kevan from inaction, become a hero for saving the High Sparrow from the insurrection. This will lead him to honor the High Sparrow, and allow him as a member of the King's small council.

High Sparrow - What is his motivation and plan to take rule away from Tommen? He has shamed the king's mother, shamed the king's wife, talked circles around the king and has him mystified.  Jaime has bared his fangs at him, but he does not take him into custody with any allegations. He lets Cersei slide with only atoning for sleeping with Lancel, and not Jaime.  He taunts and picks at Jaime to see if he will crack and finally blurt out what everybody's been whispering under there breathe when Neddard Stark got beheaded.  Tommen is the child of incest by Jaime and Cersei, which will topple the King since he has no Baratheon blood, leaving a huge power vacuum now that Stannis, Renly, Joffrey and any other pretenders to the throne are removed from the game.  With Jaime and Kevan left from the Lannister side, removal of them from the game would clean house of all possible houses left with a claim except for Lancel who is wonderfully under the control of the High Sparrow. Trapping Kevan to move against the Faith Militant in order to execute him will knock one of two chess pieces out.  Then save Jaime for last to break his proud back to announce his committed incest with the Queen and Tommen claim is null and void.  The Sparrow having trained and brainwashed Lancel, they win the Iron Throne for the Faith. The Sparrow has no idea Jon could be related, and Dany's threat is far from real being quagmire in Essos.

High Sparrow S6E5 prediction: Spring the trap with using Margaery as bait for the Lannisters and Tyrells to force his hand to crush the rebellion.  With Lannister forces held in check, Tyrells will be facing the Faith Militant only for the Sparrow to maneuver Tommen to use the Lannisters to repel them.  If Tommen does not fall in line, Margaery would be sacrifices by the Faith, angering Tommen to commit to joining with Tyrell against him. However, the Sparrow will have the little people behind him to skirmish the soldiers in the streets by sheer numbers besides his own clergy.  The Sparrow will also order the summary execution of Cersei by trial without contest of arms and the people will gladly comply.

Queen Margaery - She will continue to defy taking the walk of atonement.

Margaery S6E5 prediction: She will refuse to take her walk of atonement. The High Sparrow will trick her into believing he is letting her go as the charges against her for bearing false witness for her brother's crimes has been forgiven.  However, her release will be used to cause the Tyrell's to rebel against the Faith Militant and trap them. Margaery > Loras #sistergate3

Kevan S6E5 prediction: Since the Sand Snakes appear to be missing in action, I foresee Kevan being caught in the crossfire of his king's orders and Cersei's and Olena's plan. His inaction will force Jaime's hand to usurp his command and order Lannister's kingsguard to protect Tommen and the Faith Militant to avert a civil war with the Tyrells.

Tommen S6E5 prediction: Unaware of the Tyrell rebellion, he will order Kevan to protect the High Sparrow. When Kevan does not move, Tommen will order Jaime and see this as a way to remove Kevan from power and side with the Faith Militant as an opportunity to rule as he sees Cersei executed by the Hound (and Ser Strong defeated)

Pycelle S6E5 prediction: Still waiting to get assassinated by a Sand Snake, shambling slower than a snail while looking sour and breaking wind when scared.

Frankenmountain S6E5 prediction: Used to lead the charge against the Faith Militant to save Queen Margaery, but will fall to his brother Sandor.

Mace S6E5 prediction: Will lead the rebellion to free his son and daughter, but be betrayed by the Lannisters and fall in battle.  Quickest civil war ever.

Qyburn S6E5 prediction: No show in E4. Still grooming his spy network and being fed incorrect intel.

Bron S6E5 prediction: Still a no show. Maybe his tale is over and he retired from the limelight.

Dorne

Ellaria / Sand Snakes - No show in E3 and E4. What are they up to?  Their lack of story arc makes no sense. After killing a princess to the supreme king of the land, you just hide? You don't take the offensive? You don't kill a royal and then not expect to make war or be attacked. Oh, the King is too busy right not to retaliate so we'll just take a sunbath and wait for 1000 ships to enter our bay and storm our beaches. Or we really didn't mean killing a princess as an act of war, honest!  Because the Lannister's cannot prove that the Sand Snakes killed Myrcella by poison -- right!

Ellaria S6E5 prediction: Gathering forces for a swift and pre-emptive strike against King's Landing and against Highgarden.  At least a month has passed and Ellaria has done nothing with such a large force with the element of surprise?

Sand Snakes S6E5 prediction: More assassinations.  There had to be a reason Obara killed Trystane after Jaime left the ship.  With no news of a coup coming from Dorne to King's Landing, a Dorne attack would be a complete surprise. Nymeria to go after Lannisters.  The others to go after Doran's wife Mellario in Norvos.  Maybe the snakes get to Kevan and Pycelle first since they actually are on the ruling council and are worth more as military targets to be removed before more personal revenge? Since not seen in E5, E4, E3 prediction still stands.

Essos

Danaerys - As predicted, Dany burns down the hut and kills off all the Khals, emerging as the Queen apparent as the Unburnt. She despised the khals insulting (which Viserys also insulted her with each Dothraki horse mounting her) and threatening her but only after she majorly disrespected their authority (so she actually instigated Khal Moro's predictable wrath by breaking the rules), at being small minded and fighting for a small corner of the world.  How did one Dosh Kaleen with Jorah and Daario manage to lock the hut down so no one could escape? Surely the few husky guards at the front door could raise an alarm to prevent someone from locking it down.  Surely some onlookers nearby notice the guards being taken down by two strange men and just let it happen without screaming at them. Thousands of Dothraki in the city yet only two guards have eyes on with all the khals inside.  If only Congress was guarded this way. Dany totally did this wrong.  The doors should have been the first thing the braziers set on fire trapping everyone's escape. And for the Khals not yet on fire, they should have jumped on Dany and beat her to a pulp before she had a chance to push the second brazier down.  Amazing how the roof did not collapse on her.  There was even enough time for them to run to the barred door and then just stand frozen as Dany tosses the third brazier at the Khals. I cannot believe such warrior kings would sit idle and in shock when they are about to be killed. In real life, Dany would have succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning and lack of oxygen, crawling out of the hut as fast as possible to have a chance, blinded by smoke and unsure of which way to go with falling embers from the roof to smash her to a pulp and blocked by a door aflame. To believe not one Khal jumped her while she takes her time to torch the place is ridiculous.

Danaerys S6E5 prediction: Now it appears that 20 tribes or so will follow a new khaleesi.  They are all hers to command.  Again she is not a ruler, only a general, and a poor one at that needing to rely on Jorah and Daario and Barrister (deceased).  Dany has quite a walk from Vaes Dothrak to Mereen with the entire Dothraki nation due south. For her next act, get the entire Dothraki army to get on ships (who are deathly afraid of this like Mr. T is to getting on planes) as she wanted five seasons ago.
Dany >>> Khals #sisterwannabe4

Dany's prophecies:
Light three fires - one for life, death, and love
Ride three mounts - one to bed, one to dread, one to love
Three treasons - once for blood, once for gold, once for love
Stallion who Mounts the World - the Khal of Khals to unite all the tribes

Jorah / Daario - Jorah the explorer has been outed by Daario to having greyscale.  Will he tell Dany and force Jorah into exile like the stone men?  Or will she have a cure ready or seek blood magic?  Amazing how in a huge encampment at night, Jorah and Daario manage to track and run into Dany.  Jorah is taking ribbing from Daario fairly well about not bedding Dany. And after spearing an assassin 30 yards away past Dany's ear, Jorah can't even throw sand in a Dothraki's eyes.

Jorah S6E5 prediction: Be outcast yet again once Daario tells Dany he has greyscale. He will possibly be sent to Yunkai to spread the infection among the people.

Daario S6E5 prediction: Cause Jorah to finally lose favor with Dany because of his greyscale infection and be exiles as to not cause a plague among the Dothraki.

Meereen

Tyrion - Again, Greyworm is trying to play general while Tyrion attempts to placate their enemies while being insulted all around (including barbs directed at Varys and Dany). A new system to replace slavery sounds interesting if one would only actually say what it is.  Oh, we will pay you off slowly in seven years to free your slaves, and you'll still make money, say Tyrion.  Preytell, what is this feudal system that is so much better than slavery?  Serfs are just slaves under a different name where you give them 1/10 of wages they need to eat, and then tax them but they appear to be free.  How about telling the Slave Masters that they can no longer beat anyone to death without a trial? We all know that the rich will still be above the law.  I hope Tyrion has a whole bill of rights ready to hand over and train them for seven years on how to play like ancient Athens since most civilizations had slaves up to our current 1865.  I did not see the three Masters actually sign a treaty, armistice or accord with Tyrion, so how did he strike a deal?

Tyrion S6E5 prediction: Tyrion is now stalling the council in Mereen for time, telling them that the armistice is a good deal. He also thinks he is going to convert the Masters of Astapor, Yunkai and Volantis with sweet words and prostitutes (because obviously these women are no longer slaves and decided as free people to engage in prostitution as a wonderful profession!) When Dany comes to town, will his update report enrage her or she simply won't care as she will just be more emboldened to smash the cities once again with a large army of Unsullied and Dothraki.  If Dany does not leave a regiment to maintain order, and authorize citizens to enforce the laws and become magistrates, Tyrion's new order will not take root and once she leaves Essos, the power vacuum will pop as Astapor and others seek to undo everything back to how it was before this upstart blonde girl decided to drop in.  Will Dany leave Greyworm behind as governor, or will he beg to be part of the army? Greyworm would not last long, so I would expect Dany to install Tyrion as governor. He is a politician, not a military tactician like Selmy would have been.

Varys - Hopelessly under-utilized.  Any word of the Sons of Harpy has fallen off the plot cart and no longer matters to the story line because Tyrion says so, amirite?

Varys S6E5 prediction: Looks like he is deferring to Tyrion to placate the elders of Meereen and his spy network is still on waiting... please hold.  Also in the E5 trailer, the red priestess of Ashai pays him and Tyrion a visit heeding a warning that they don't have a clue what they are doing (as if that's any surprise?). Will it be for a strange alliance?  He will have to stay behind in Essos if Dany marches west and undermine the slaver cities to follow the new world order.  The idea is that Dany will eventually unite Westeros and Essos as one kingdom under her rule once she has the Iron Throne. Varys has no business back in Westeros and has to keep Dany's gains in Essos.

Greyworm / Missandrei - only used as local foils to the upper crusty Westerosi ideals. They sound like an uncompromising conservative think-tank.

Braavos

Arya - No show in E4.

Arya S6E5 prediction: The God Of Many Faces has a secret mission for Arya before letting her go. Jaqen is still instructing her in the House of Black and White. Should only the wicked be slain, and let the decent be spared? She will grab needle and stow away on a ship bound to Westeros and Kings Landing, but before she does will she be directed to assassinate someone who is decent and does not deserve death?  She must put aside her moral code and conscience and do as instructed to pass the final test to become truly faceless?
